Family Protection Division

JSSI has a dedicated team of process servers to serve all family law process including cases of divorce, probate, child support, and domestic violence Protective Orders. Our process servers are highly skilled and specially trained to handle the difficult and complex issues that frequently arise with family law cases.

After you file a complaint at the Probate and Family Court, you have to “serve” the person you are taking to court.  Serving is the formal way to tell another person you are taking them to court.
