JSSI Process Server serves all types of legal documents:

We accept payment via check, money order or PayPal.  We do require pre-payment and accept all major credit and debit cards.  To pay by credit card click on the hire us button.

 

All attempts are GPS time and date stamped along with photographs. The cost includes four attempts and we do not charge for copies if under 20 pages. Pages over 20 will be .35 per page for printing

 

Once service is complete, you will receive an automatic email with the service details including server comments, photos and GPS locations. A scanned copy of the completed document and notarized affidavit of service will be emailed to you.

 

Documents can be emailed to service@jssi.org, mailed, dropped off at any of our location or picked up.

ROUTINE SERVICE – MEMPHIS

First attempt made within 3 to 4 days of receipt of your documents, with 4 attempts made within 7-10 days – $65.00

 

RUSH SERVICE – MEMPHIS

First attempt made within 24-48 hours of receipt of your documents; then each day-early morning and night until completed or due diligence – $110.00

 

URGENT SERVICE – MEMPHIS

First attempt usually made within 4 hours of receipt of your documents; then each day-early morning and night until completed or due diligence – $150.00
