The Greater Memphis Chamber is as old as the Memphis business community and as current as the newest start-up. Since its inception in 1838, the Chamber has marketed Memphis’ unique assets – logistics, musical heritage, pioneering medical community – to the world. From placing the first full-page advertisements selling Memphis as a dynamic place to do business in 1941 to launching the most aggressive economic development initiative in the nation in 2008, the Chamber is the lead economic development agency for the City of Memphis and Shelby County.

The Memphis Bar Association upholds high standards of integrity and honor in the legal profession. We encourage and assist lawyers in maintaining and improving their competence so they can better serve their clients and the public. We assist in making legal services available to all in the community who need such services. We aid and educate the public with reference to the law and the administration of justice. We exert the Association’s influence in connection with issues involving the profession of law and the administration of justice to the end that it will enhance the quality of life in the community. We cultivate a spirit of good fellowship among members of the legal profession.

Chartered in 1940, the National Sheriffs’ Association is a professional association dedicated to serving the Office of Sheriff and its affiliates through police education, police training, and general law enforcement information resources. NSA represents thousands of sheriffs, deputies and other law enforcement, public safety professionals, and concerned citizens nationwide.
The National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) is the nation’s largest community of professional process servers and the first resource for credible information regarding the profession. TAPPS is a non-profit corporation that represents the interests of professional process servers in the state of Tennessee. The Tennessee Association of Professional Process Servers provides you with Professional Process Servers throughout the state of Tennessee and the contacts for nationwide process serving along with legal document delivery and retrieval to all 95 Counties in the state
