JSSI is a Private Process Service Office located in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee and our appointed officers of the court serve civil process, execute writs, and serve subpoenas throughout Shelby County as well as every adjacent county. We may serve documents state and county, as well as process issued by lawful courts of other states. This includes, but is not limited to civil warrants, summons, citations, eviction notices, Writs of Garnishment, Protective Orders, and Writs of Possession. We provide skip-tracing service on all process for a single fee and have a very high success rate.
